Add to this the slight yet statistically non-negligible increased likelihood of being physically or emotionally attacked, injured or killed if you are gay, lesbian, transsexual, ambitious while female in a rural redneck community, driving while black anywhere, illegal or suspected of being one, being a member of any minority or suspected of being one, by emboldened bigots, supremacists and chauvinists. And that ain’t no satire.
