Bit of a disconnect here, Stephen. You start out talking about interracial dating and the challenges faced by minorities who wish to “marry white women.” then you go to the power of introduction — which I believe in but I don’t see a connection to the preious topic. Now, if you could demonstrate that introductions-based dating that draws on friend circles leads to higher rates of interracial dating, that would be impressive indeed. The challenge, I assume, is that friend circles themselves tend to be inherently aligned with race/education/social strata.
