I would ask what threatens you so about “gender fluidity” that you are triggered to make antagonistic accusations of “mental illness” and “LGBT lies” — but I really don’t care to hear it, you have shown your true colors and soiled your credibility beyond redemption with that sorry little paragraph. I don’t have direct experience with gender fluidity, I happen to be hetero cis male, but I don’t have much difficulty empathizing with someone who may not always be comfortable with traditional gender roles & prevailing societal norms.
