here’s the thing, Jack, this thing you commented on, above, is actually a Series, not a regular Medium story. Depending on what device you’re on, there is a bug that will render Series as stories. I’ve already reported the bug. By design, you should not be able to comment on or highlight a Series.

As for formatting — I assume you’re referring to centering — I did figure out how to center text on Medium:
