I’ve been saving this story in my Reading List for a few weeks, Steve Moretti, and I’m so glad I finally revisited it today, on Father’s Day! What a treat!
I thought from the title that it might be an academic treatment of the subject, and I was delighted to read the snapshot of Vivaldi’s time in Mantua, with such wonderful detail, of him getting fitted for a wig and meeting his protégé.
